CDM Coordination

 

Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, the Client is required by law to appoint a CDM Co-ordinator to manage Health and Safety issues during the planning, design and preparation, and construction phases of a project.

 

Jeskins Associates are suitably qualified to assist the Client in the appointment of competent Designers and Contractors and notify the Health and Safety Executive of the project.

 

This service can include: 

  • Advising Clients of their duties under the CDM Regulations;
  • Preparing and Submitting the HSE F10 Forms;
  • Reviewing and Coordinate Design Information received from the Client, Designers and Contractors;
  • Preparing Pre-Construction Information Packs;
  • Reviewing Contractor’s Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans;
  • Monitoring and reviewing information received from the Contractor;
  • Managing the production of the Health and Safety Files;
  • Advising on the production of O and M Manuals;


Jeskins Associates will also be offering the function of CDM Advisor and supporting Designers with the role of Principal Designer under the new CDM Regulations 2015.
